Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchange:
Should you post your item/s back to us within 7 days of receiving a STORE CREDIT or
EXCHANGE will be issued. Store Credits Expires 3months after issue date.
Refunds are NOT available.
Returns should be returned new, unused and with all tags attached. Returns that are damaged,
soiled or altered may not be accepted and will be immediately sent back to the customer.
For hygienic reasons cosmetics, hosiery, swimwear or earrings cannot be returned.
Please Contact us to inform us of an intention to return, to request a return authorisation (RA)
number within 3 days of receiving the order. Our Customer Service Representatives will
email you back with instructions on how to return the product.
**Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs for any returns and exchanges
back to us**

All sale items are NOT eligible for exchange or refund, so please choose carefully.

Faulty Stock policy:
If for any reason you receive your garment and it’s faulty – you will need to contact us.
We will happily refund or exchange your item/s. These Item/s will need to be returned to us
within 7days of purchase,
UNWORN and UNSOILED with ALL tags attached. Once we receive your garment we will
look at the issue, you will then receive your refund/exchange.
If a button falls off or zip breaks after you wear your clothing due to fair wear and tear,
we cannot accept a return.
Please note that items that have been damaged due to wear and tear, or from being washed
incorrectly, are not considered to be faulty, therefore are not eligible for a refund or
We do not refund on damaged or lost items during postage.
If you would like to exchange your purchase for another size or style YOU must let us know
asap!. This will ensure you get the correct item you are after as stock availability is limited
and sells out quick! Please Note custom designs are not eligible for refund or exchange!
Before we dispatch your order, we personally inspect your items and carefully pack them to
ensure they leave and arrive in perfect condition. In the event that your goods are not in a
satisfactory condition on arrival please notify our team immediately via email.
KP Swag is not responsible for return packages lost in transit. All packages should be
returned to us via a trackable method.
